DBT Workbook for Teens
Although the book is aimed at teenagers, the concepts and exercises in it were also useful for me as an adult. I found many interesting topics, such as understanding why one behaves in a certain way, identifying emotions and managing relationships and moods. Mindfulness for me is truly an art to achieve emotional well-being by unlocking one's potential.
